🕐 Delivery Time

• Orders are generally delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch within India.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Charges

• No separate shipping charge is added at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

• Tracking may take some time to become active after dispatch.

📍 Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

• Shipping details can be changed only before the order is printed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

🚫 Failed Delivery

An order may be marked undelivered if:

• The customer cannot be reached

• The address is incomplete or incorrect

• Delivery is refused

• The COD amount is unavailable

• The customer requests a future delivery or self-collection

• The location is not serviceable

• Undelivered orders may be returned to our fulfilment partner as RTO (Return to Origin).

⚠️ Delivery Issues

• If no delivery attempt was made or you were not contacted by the courier, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

• If your package arrives visibly damaged, please mention the damage in the courier's delivery remarks when accepting the order.
